It has been awhile since we have posted on the blog, because life has been a bit crazy lately. We decided it was time to move back to Humboldt about six weeks ago and ever since we have been working on the house, packing, and driving back and forth between our city home and country home. :)
Mike bought a house in McKinleyville a few years ago and we have been renting it out. So, when we decided to move back in we had a lot of work to do. We have replaced all of the floors, painted the walls, and installed new window coverings. Our family and friends have been a great help and we could not have done it all without them.
As soon as we get a bit more settled I will post some before and after pics. We will be living in Humboldt full time as of the first of the year.
