Hockey at the Shark Tank

October 14, 2008 - Mike won a pair of free tickets to the Shark's home game on Monday afternoon from a local radio station. So, Tuesday night we went down to the HP Pavilion in San Jose to watch the game. The seats were really good and were right behind the goal. Since neither of us have ever seen a hockey game we didn't understand a lot of what was going on, but we had a great time. The parking was easy, we got to see a fight on the ice right in front of us, and the Shark's won.

This was the first Bay Area team that we have won a game that we attended. Go Sharks!!!

A Day in The City with Mandy, Jonah & Stephanie

October 4, 2008 - Mandy, Jonah and Stephanie came to town for the weekend so that Stephanie could go to a training in SF on Saturday. Mandy, Jonah, Mike & I got in some quality shopping time downtown. We had a lot of fun looking around and catching up. We even ran into some other Humboldt friends at Anthropologie. Then everyone came back to the house, we had a yummy dinner at Red Robin and Mike showed off his Guitar Hero skills.
